The SMDR feature automatically outputs detailed call information of all extensions from serial port.
1. SMDR Output Port
The serial interface (RS-232C) port can be used to output SMDR data.
Personal computer or serial printer will be connected to the port.
2. SMDR Output Data
The following data will be recorded and sent to the SMDR output port:
a) Trunk call information (incoming/outgoing)
b) Intercom call information (outgoing)
c) Log-in/Log-out information
d) System error log
SMDR Format Type and Contents
The following three types of output formats can be selected by system programming:
A) 80 digits (without cost information)
B) 80 digits (with cost information)
C) 120 digits (with all information)
• The KX-TDA100/KX-TDA200 has a memory buffer of call information data for up to 200 calls. This serves as a back-up in the event of a printer failure or PC power failure.
